Applied for Distribution License - Waiting for Godot?

I've had a distribution license for the past several years. This past summer we were quite busy and I didn't reapply before it expired. I'm now trying to re-apply so I can get the latest MSI files to distribute on our network as we have several teachers unable to use various Flash based sites due to the old versions currently installed.

It's been over a week and I haven't had a single e-mail stating that the application was approved, which I can tell it wasn't since when I go to the download page it says to apply, denied, or that there was any sort of problem with the application. After coming to the forums here, I can see that I'm not the only one having issues.

Could someone please approve my application?

    HiJDMcD ,

The licensing team has resent the email.  Please confirm if you did, or did not, receive the email.

    Thank you.

    Hi John,

The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and has a PDF attachment.  Please check your spam folders for the email.  If it's not there, private message me the name and email address used to request the license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.

To send a private message, mouse-over my user name and click the 'Message' button/link - this has to be done in the forums.

    Thanks

Thought I was pretty clear about it being a black hole and not getting any messages, that would include spam. Last message I have from Adobe was the warning about needing to renew back in June. Sent you a PM.
