Applied twice for distribution licence but still not recieved any confirmation.

We need to get the enterprise-friendly installers of Flash, Shockwave, Reader as soon as possible. I have filled out the application twice and have not gotten the promised response. Whom can I contact at Adobe to speed this process.

Your application was denied due to the following:  Applied for only 1 copy of products. A distribution license is not needed for 1 copy.

The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and has a PDF attachment.  Please check your spam folders for the email.  If it's not there, private message me the name and email address used to request the license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
