Artifact when switching to full screen mode on youtube

This problem looks exactly like this youtube video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL6QEGOuhgA

(I'm not the owner of the video clip, I could capture mine but It seems not necessary)

I was able to make it happens on

- 3 different machines (new fresh-installed Windows)

- 3 different browsers (Internet explorer, Firefox and chrome: all latest versions up to days)

Here is how to make it happens

* Go to any youtube video clips

* Click Play

* Within the first 2 seconds after the clip started to play, Click on full screen mode

-- The video will artifact until the end if you don't quit full screen mode, switch back will make everything back to normal

-- It won't happen if replaying the clip.

Updated:

- After disabled "Hardware Acceleration" in flash, the problem is gone.

    This means that the installed Flash Player version is not compatible with the display adapter or the installed device driver.  Can you provide some video card specs (where you have the malfunction) with the installed driver versions and dates?

    You can also try if Flash Player 11.2 beta behaves better: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplatformruntimes/flashplayer11-2/

    Have you tried to replicate the problem ?

    - I have tried on computers with different video cards: ATI, Intel, Nvidia with latest drivers
