asked to for credit card info when downloading Flash Player

i tried to download adobe flash player and i am asked to give my credit card details. is this normal?

Which website are you trying to download Flash Player from? Nothing is charged for downloading and installing Flash Player.

Please go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer and download FP from there.
