Asus Chromebook

I have the above book and have started to receive "Aw Snap" message when streaming videos.

Just started last week. tells me to reload which I do and still get the message when I try to stream.

When I go to Adobe site the site tells me that flash player is installed so I can't down load again.

What do I do next?
