At viewing films on-line there are stops of the staff. Last version of Adobe Flash Player  is established. What to do?

    Sorry for my English. My operating system is Wndows XP Service Pack 3, my browser is Mozilla Firefox 3.6.12, my Flash Player version is 10.1.102.64. At viewing films on-line there is a delay of the image for some seconds What to do?
