@jeromiec83223024 Shockwave Flash Not Working

I keep getting a message that says "A plugin (Shockwave Flash) isn't responding." I'm on a PC, using the latest version of Windows (I think 10?) and Chrome is updated. I saw the previous out-dated discussion and was hoping there is a new solution?
