Why is the Audio out of sync with the Video, My computer is a Gateway NV57H06h, with Intel core ( i3-2330m ), Intel HD graphics 3000, 640GB HDD, 4GB DDR3 memory,  I have the latest version of Flash Player 11.6.602.171 , on Windows 7 home prem. 64 bit, using IE 9 browser, Active X is disabled and  add on's are enabled,  I have used all the solutions suggested by Flash Player, and the problem still exists. While watching a Video on the web the Audio and video are out of sync.  seems the Audio is behind the video.??? can anyone help.?? thank you.

Let's start by trying to go back to a previous version to see if that resolves the problem for you.

How do I revert to a previous version of Flash Player?

You might also want to try temporarily disabling hardware acceleration (if you haven't already)

How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?

Thanks very much for your reply and suggestions, First I emptied the Flash Player cashe, then I disabled the hardware acceleration, watched a video with no problem, I re-enabled the hardware acceleration and then ran a video and to my surprise it ran with no problems. It appears that doing these two functions has resolved the problem. Please note that I did not revert back to a previous version of Flash Player, as I was going through the list of solutions offered by Using Flash Player, while I was waiting for a response in forum. As of now all appears to be working properly, again thank you for your help.
