Audio Problem

Question

I have just updated my Adobe Flashplayer to version 23.0.0.205 in my Firefox Browser, and the audio does not work when I try to play a video clip -- the picture seems to work fine.  What must I do to enable the audio to work?

My guess is that this is going to be an audio driver problem, or the volume slider for Flash Player is at 0 (there's a long-standing Firefox bug where we don't have permission to retrieve the saved volume in some instances). While the video is playing, double click on the speaker icon in your taskbar and slide it up in the Flash Player column.
