auto shut down

when i play games on PC, my flash player get auto shut down and getting restart again with the beginning. Already i uninstalled and re-install again but the having same issues, even if i open the any website that needs flash player, still not working with the any of website. please help me with this website SNK Creation - Social Online Marketing
