Autostart

How can I prevent  Flash Player from automatically starting to playback any video content every time I switch web pages on a website such as CNN? This is so annoying when all I want to do is read the web page article content! I presently have to use the "Click to Flash" app on my Apple computers to prevent Flash Player autostart.

    There's YouTube Control Center that will disable autoplay for YouTube, don't know if there's something else like that for other sites.  But honestly, ClickToFlash / ClickToPlugin is essential in my book regardless, I'd stick with that.

    Flash Player should have a user control in it's preferences that disables autostart.
