Autoupdate not working - how to extract the msi to push installation with pstools or pdqdeploy?

In the past (4 months ago) I was able to extract the msi from the Flash player, this way I could push the installer to all the systems. I can't do that anymore, when I try to extract it ask for a password.

Why was this changed? The auto-updater does not work and yes, I have it setup so that it autodownloads the new version.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can obtain the MSI installers through http://www.adobe.com/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html

This may take a few days to get approved, so in the meantime download the installers directly
