Bad Image error msg Adobe Flash

The error message reads:

Flashplayer19pp_da_install(1).exe-BadImage

C;Windows/system32/oledlg.dll

is either not designed to run on windows or it cantains an error.Try installing

the program again using original installation media or contact software vendor for support

My system is Windows vista Home premium, 32 bit English Opera,  have tried installing on Firefox and IE with same error message coming up
