Bank Website not detecting Flash Player on Chrome

Dear Adobe Service,

When I want to customize my own picture for my credit card at a bank's web-site, this shows up. So, how can I fix it? Please reply.

Google disables Flash by default on Chrome. Normally, content that is coded to conform with Chrome's Flash detection would prompt you to enable Flash, instead of displaying the message you are seeing.

No. Because, I know that they won't know how to fix it. It has to do with my laptop. Please.

how do you know they won't? without to know it it's impossible to guess what's your problem.

it should be sure it's not coming from their code first.
