Been having issues viewing online cams

Since I updated I've been having problems watching online cams, the videos just won't load most of the time, what could be the problem?

My Flash Player ver. is : 11.5.502.110

My Browser: Mozilla Firefox 17

My OS: Windows 8 (64bit)

But I found a way to get those cams to work yesterday, I kept refereshing the page a couple of times till it worked.
