Big problem with flash player

Hi to all im realy in a pinch and i need some help. From a couple of updates your flash player keeps crashing or store alot of MB of ram and then crash( i got 4 gb and sometimes i see adobe flash player ocupy 2gb...) .

Now to remove some missunderstandings, im no newbie with computers got a windows 7 ultimate x64 with original key (im working as legal technical suport and need to keep it with the laws) and a good laptop dual core x2 ghz 4 gb ram intel hd 3000 graphics.

I never had before some of yours updates these kind of problem and now whenever i watch videose my whole firefox gets stuck and the adobe gets stoped working error, please give me a fix or an old version link because its realy pissing off reloading a whole film cuz it stoped at 70%
