binary stream 0 error Help

All of a sudden when i try to access a feature on a flash game I get this error message. If i click continue the program keeps working but not the feature Help.

    MyVMK is not Flash, nor is it something we directly support.  It looks like a bug in the app. You'll need to talk to the developer.

    Seems like a problem with the game. Can you share the game and the steps to reproduce the problem. Please update to latest flash player if you have not updated already. Flash Player Help

    so the application is called myvmkpal it is an app. that helps store log on information for the game myvmk, the feature is the account manager. but the app work to log me on so the log on information is correct. I just cant open the account manager to add or delete log on info. also i am the administrator, I made a new user in windows 8.1 and the app. works fine in that account.
