blackscreen gaming issue!

Hi i am here because i have recently been getting a blackscreen when trying to play a game on fb,the game will load and have all functions working properly but when i click play its just a black screen.also an error pops up shockwave flash not responding.please help my kids are driving me crazy! Thanks
