box behind vidio

Question

can anyone help?i have inserted a video into a slide on power point, i cant seem to get the black box behind to go away, i want it just to be the video.i have tried changing the prefaces from "ShowAll” To “ExactFit" but this does not seem to help either. any ideas?

1) does the video source play correctly without being in powerpoint

If yes then you need to focus more on powerpoint help not adobe flash play forums

Id no then its the video that is bad and nothing you will do in PP will resolve a bad video

You should also try another video to try and duplicate the issue .

In any case this does not seem like an issue is using the flash player plugin and Adobe flash player forums

Google is a wonderful resource in searching for issues and solving problems as well as the PowerPoint/office help menu.
