Brightness Probems with Flash 10.2

I recently upgraded to the newest Flash, and now all my online videos are dark.  I used to be able to solve this problem by adjusting the video settings using my AMD Catalyst Center controls (I have a Firepro M5800), but the newest Flash won't let me do it.  I downgraded to 10.1--now I can adjust the brightness again.  I also checked--my drivers are all updated.  So if anyone can give me any hints as to what I can do to go back to the newest Flash Player, that'd be great.  But for now, I've got a workable solution going.  It's just a shame to be behind the times...
