My Laptop refreshes tabs when i open may tabs and then go back to a certain tab. Is it because of flash player or my system has some issues?

Consult your browser's documentation about removing the Flash Player plugin.

Flash Player is End of Life. You should not be using it anymore. Most modern browsers won't let you launch Flash Player for security reasons.

Because the browser makers have said they will block Flash, Adobe have agreed they will stop making Flash Player at that date. You will not be able to get it then.  If you are hoping to keep Flash sites going, I suggest you might want to look for a Plan B.

All the major browser makers have said they will block Flash, some sooner than 2020.
