The website for BT won't allow me to log on because an error pops up with update your flashplayer and I already have it any ideas please how to stop it? Thank you

    The issue here is that Flash Player is going away.  Browser vendors are intentionally adding friction to the experience for users still accessing Flash content, with the goal of generating complaints for the content providers still relying on Flash.  The general thinking is that the more users that complain, the more motivated a content provider will be to migrate to native web technologies like HTML5 and JavaScript.  

     

    In this instance, it's more likely that you have Flash Player installed, but your browser is disabling it by default.  You'll need to enable Flash Player in the browser.  Depending on the browser, you may need to do that every time you visit a page with Flash Player at this point.
