Camsite streaming loading forever

Hello I have issue since 4 month everytime I entered this cam adultwork site and enter a free chat the streaming is not loading and it keeps stucking on the screen which gives me loading word and keep loading forever.

I tried the site on phone and reached same result 

I use win 7 x64

Flash player 32.0.0.344 32bit PPAPI for chrome browser and NPAPI for firefox, I even contacted the support of site they replied to me that there is no problem from their side. I hope you can help me to fix my issue
