Can any one explain what is the difference between standalone Beta player and debugger Beta player and who has to use it.

Debuggers contain debugging capabilities and are used by content developers to debug their code.  If you're not a content developer it's not advised to use the debugger due to the number of pop-up windows that will display, advising of various coding errors, etc.
