Have a brand new computer; w/Windows 10. Trying to download/open a video and am receiving a message that Adobe Flash is not enabled. MS Edge shows that it comes installed w/Windows 10 and Advanced settings indicate that it IS enabled. Any thoughts?   Thanks.

If you you just need to watch the video on your computer you can use VLC Player.

You can get the VLC Player for Windows for free here: VideoLAN - Download official VLC media player for Windows

    Hi Nancy,

Please refer the Flash Player Help‌ to see if the flash player is installed/enabled.
