Can anyone help?  I'm on Windows 10 on a brand new laptop using Firefox.  Adobe Flash freezes and crashes all day and every day.  What can I do?

Try the 64-bit Firefox Beta. It should be a huge improvement.

If that doesn't help, it might be time to take a good look at Chrome, IE or Edge.
