You don't and never will. Apple designed iOS specifically to be incompatible with Flash Player in 2006. There will NEVER be a Flash Player for iOS.

Dear Mike, Thank you for your post can you tell me is there an alternative for Flash Player, I use my Ipad for Uni and some videos will not play?
