Can neither publish Flash Player ActiveX 21.0.0.182, nor Plugin nor PPAPI in SCUP 2011 on SCCM2012

Everytime I try to publish  the new version of FlashPlayer Plugins in SCUP I get an error. SCUP.log:

PublishItem: InvalidException occurred during publishing: Failed to sign package; error was: 2148081673 Updates Publisher 14.03.2016 07:32:53 21 (0x0015)

Publish: A fatal error occurred during publishing :Signature verification exception during publish, verify the WSUS certificates and advanced timestamp setting are properly configured. Updates Publisher 14.03.2016 07:32:53 21 (0x0015)

I checked settings in SCUP and there is no firewall issue. Certifactes are ok and in place

Any idea?
