Can no longer print from rear tray via www.americangreetings.com

Question

Ever since my Flash Player updated, I can no longer print on matte photo paper from the rear tray of my printer via my account on www.americangreetings.com (they are greeting cards you can print at home).  I re-installed the latest version of my print driver but no difference.  Other applications can print out on the matte photo paper from the rear tray without any problems.  American Greeting tech support told me to talk to Adobe.  Does any one have any idea how to fix this problem?  Please help!

I have Windows 8 the 1st version, am using Firefox ver. 21.0, Flash Player is plug-in ver. 11.7.700.202. Before Flash Player updated, I could print greeting cards from www.americangreetings.com on matte photo paper from rear tray. Now it will only print on plain paper from the cassette, no matter which tray I tell it to use. Other applications will print using the rear tray without any issues.
