Hi,

From where did you download the Flash Player installer that allegedly changed the default search engine?  The Flash Player installer, downloaded from adobe.com, does not modify the default search engine.

Please see How to Change the Search Engine in Safari for Mac OS X

The window popped up on a video I was trying to watch that said I needed to update the flash player. As for changing the default search engine, I have already went through the steps outlined in your like. It docent remove Bing or revert me back to google. that is why i am here. I was bouldering if there was some where else that this can be removed such as in the Terminal.app, and what the command lines might be.

Thank you for your response

Hi,

I'm sorry this happened to you. The legitimate Flash Player installer does not modify the default search engine.  I suspect it was either a non-legitimate Flash Player installer or something else that modified the default search engine.  This outlines a different option:  Make Google my default search engine - Search Help

Unfortunately, resolving this issue is beyond the scope of these forums.  I recommend seeking assistance in either the Safari or Google forums.  I would also scan the system for any virus/malware/etc to be safe.
