Can someone explain this OS X install error for Adobe Flash Player!

Can someone tell me why I cannot download the Adobe Flash player for OSX? I get an error message from the Adobe site that says:

413

Header length too large.

I have tried using several different browsers with the same result.

ALSO...is there any way if I am a Adobe CC subscriber to get direct assistance from Adobe without having to use their awkward help structure?
