Can Someone Help Me with an Issue?

Sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I really need help with Flash Player not loading correctly when doing annotations on YouTube. I've tried removing cookies and clearing the cache, a different browser, removing any apps that may interfere with the load, and pretty much everything that I could find on the YouTube forums, but they're not that much help when it comes to helping someone directly. I cannot seem to figure it out and it is driving me insane since I always use annotations for advertisement, and I cannot now.
