Can't connect to download

Question

Hi !I'm trying to install for the first time adobe flash player but when it ask me the password I can't connect.I try to change it twice. I try to make another account it doesn't work either.Nothing works.I wanted to remove both accounts but I can't find anything in the website.Do you have a solution ?Thank you.Lise

Hi,This is the operating system, not Flash Player that is prompting for the password. As such, it would be your computer's Admin password, not your Adobe ID password. See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for more information.--Maria
