Can't download Active-X .msi installer https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution5.html

UPDATE :  I finally got it to download - cleared cache in Chrome 

I have successfully downloaded it for the past year from this site, I was able to download the .exe for the Active-X installer - but my script uses the .msi.  I have also successfully downloaded the .msi for NPAPI.

When I click the link to "Download MSI Installer" under the Internet Explorer-Active X section, nothing happens. It does show the redirect to the fpdownload.macromedia.com site.
