Can't figure out how to download Adobe Flash Player.

I am trying to download the new Adobe Flash player, and its not letting me download. There is a picture of a tree, and it says that if you successfully downloaded the flash player, the clouds will move over the tree in the picture. When i finished all the steps i went badk and the picture was moving like it was suppost to, but it won't let me get on the site that i need because its saying its still not downloaded. Can you help... Anybody?!?!?!
