Can't Find the file to start the Flash Projecter

I can't find it, Windows 64 bit. Newest version of flash player, and I just can't find it.

I keep trying to find it through file manager but all of the .exe files for the Flash Player are settings and uninstall .exe's

Help?

Flash Projector is not a part of Flash Player, and it isn't included with the download. Did you separately install Flash Projector?

To find apps use the START button. Don't use Search in File Manager.
