Can't get flash player to work!

I recently removed a bunch of programs due to some unwanted downloads from my daughters online game playing. Since then I haven't had a flash player. I tried installing flash player directly from the adobe site and also saving the program to the C drive then installing. The install seems to go perfect but, when I go to a site that requires flash player I'm prompted to install or update my flash player. I read on the help page of someone claiming that when you uninstall flash player using the simple uninstall feature it doesn't get everything off the computer so when you try to reinstall the flash player again the problem persists. So I went to the site recommended by the person on the forum that had a "uninstall cleaner" program. Downloaded that and used it to uninstall flash player. Then reinstalled flash player again only to have the same problem. No matter what I do flash player doesn't work! Please help! I'm going crazy.

    Product: Flash player 11

Opertating system: Windows 7 home premium / service pack 1

    Browser: Internet Explorer 10 version 10.0.9200.16736 / update 10.0.11 / product ID 00150-200000-00003-AA459

No Error message, just get an update prompt on web sites that require flash player. When I do the update everything seems to download and update. But when I return to the site it prompts me to update again.

I did try to do a disk cleanup (at least until they program wanted me to buy something) and saw that there were corrupt adobe registry files. Maybe that's the problem?

    Hardware

    Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.80 GHz

    Ram: 8GB (7.90 Usable)

    System Type: 64-bit operating system

    Thanks,

    -Jesse

Those links have instructions that will allow you to make sure Flash Player is enabled and NOT being blocked by ActiveX filtering in IE 10.

As far as uninstalling goes, there IS an uninstaller here: Flash Player Uninstaller

THAT'S from Adobe and it's the one to use.
The full installers are here: Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)  Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

If you run the uninstaller, and you want to be 100% sure it removed everything, go to: C/Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash.

If the Flash folder still exists, it should be empty.

    Go to: C/Windows/SysWOW64/Macromed/Flash.

Again, if the folder still exists, it should be empty.

The uninstaller should remove BOTH Flash folders, possibly even the Macromed folders.

If they're gone, then you can do a "clean install" from the above linked files.

If you want to do a thorough Disk Cleanup, there's a pair of simple batch files that will do it. (deepclean.zip) - It's FREE.

Download and unzip the linked file.

    Double click the deepclean_set.bat file.

A command prompt window willopen and your Windows Disk Cleanup settings manager.

Check EVERY box and click OK.

    Double click the deepclean_run.bat file.
Again, a command prompt window will open and your Windows Disk Cleanup will run, this time cleaning out installer backup files, system cache, empty registry keys and numerous other unnecessary files from your system.
