Suddenly, my flash player didn't work anymore yesterday when I got new internet and new router. And I can't install it.. It just comes up error and 162102.304.450 fail code. But I can't find anything about this error code. What's wrong? Can't install some other apps too.

Hi, Do you have McAfee Anti-Virus on your system? If not what Anti-Virus/Spyware program do you have?

    Thanks,

Download the installer from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html and save it to disk, then close all browser instances and run the downloaded installer.

If you still need help, post your operating system and browser info.

It didn't work now either. Coming up just an error. It's not only with the Flash Player, but it comes up error when I try to install any software. Even when I save it on the desktop! It all happened when we got the new Inteno router and the new internet two days ago. It's like the router blocking programs or something.

    The error message:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action NewCustomAction1, location: ...\InstallAX.exe, com...

I have Windows Vista Home Basic with Service Pack 2. And my browser is IE 9. I also have Opera, but it's the same there.

I am from Norway, so sorry if I write a little bad..

    Sorry for the delay.

Try to download the FP uninstaller from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and save it to disk.  Close all browser instances and run the downloaded installer.

If possible, restart Windows at this point, then try to install again.
