On the Flash Player download page there's a note that says "Adobe Flash Player is already installed, but disabled." But when I check out the Extensions on Chromium, Flash Player's not even listed as installed.

Another thing on the download page, it says I'm running Chrome. I switched the setting and tried downloading "FP 16 for Opera and Chromium - PPAPI". When it's done installing, it still doesn't work. What do I do?

I'm using Chromium because my computer doesn't allow me to us Chrome or IE for whatever reason. Probably something with the Firewall.
