Can't install update

I'm using safari on mac osx and having trouble updating to the latest version of flash.

i'm able to get up to the stage of entering in my computer password, then nothing happens after that. No prompts, nothing. I've tried this several times over, and restarting my computer. My settings allow for flash player to work.

Help please?!?!
