Can't load plugin

-I have installed the latest version of Flash player although its said chrome has it
-My chrome is the latest version
-I have enabled flash player in about:plugins settings of flash and it is enabled to always run
But it still shows me that if couldnt load the plugin...
I can watch videos in youtube and other sites and I can't load only some videos and games that use flash.
Sometimes it says"right click to play adobe flash player" and I do right click it and nothing works.
I read that you need to right click and open setting and cancel some acceleration thing but a setting button doestn show.

I also read that I should rename a pepflashplayer.dll in the install folder but I dont have this .dll file.

This happened after my pc got reinstalled.

I can run flash on mozilla firefox with no problem.

What exact version of Adobe Flash Player does about:plugins show, and what version of Windows are you running? Google handles all Flash Player updates for Chrome, Adobe just supplies Google with the dll file.

Where did you download Flash Player from? Are you sure it was a legitimate copy, and that you didn't just click through on a random pop-up that looked like a notification to some malware site? As actual software security gets better, targeting the human factor is increasingly a better path for attackers. Offering fake Flash Player upgrades is a popular way to distribute malware, and you should never need to download anything for Chrome. If a website is insisting that you download something, that's a pretty good sign that something is sketchy. If you're not sure that you came to adobe.com for the download, you might want to run a reputable anti-virus and malware scanner on your machine. If you still have the installer, you should be able to check to see that it was signed by Adobe Systems, Inc in the file's properties.
The easiest path forward is probably to just uninstall and reinstall Chrome. If the plug-in installation is damaged, this should resolve it. If you're logged into a google account, it should preserve your settings.
