Can't load shockwave flash

Hey,

I am using MAC OS X El Capitan version 10.11.4 (15E65)

I have had this problem for ages. I have tried going into settings and making sure there is only one version of the plugin installed.

For the flash plugin it has:

Adobe Flash Player (2 files) - Version: 21.0.0.197

Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I have tried deleting the adobe flash player files from my computer as it says (2 files), but that hasn't done anything. I don't really know anything about computers, and this is infuriating.

Any help appreciated.
