Can't login to distribution portal

Hi, I'm trying to login to the distribution download link for the Flash player and all i'm getting is an error about our expired license from 2016. Our latest license is valid until december 2019. Is it a problem with our account or with the Adobe web site?

Your license for Adobe Flash Player distribution expired on 2016-11-23.

Please re-apply at http://www.adobe.com/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html

    Hi,

    Please ensure you are logging in with the Adobe ID/email address that is associated with the distribution license that expires Dec 2019.  Distribution licenses are only associated with a single Adobe ID/email address.  To send a private message, click on my user_name link and the on the Message button link.


    If you are using the Adobe ID/email address associated with the distribution license that expires Dec 2019, please private message me the Adobe ID/email address and I will follow-up with the distribution licensing team.  For reference, please include a link to this discussion topic in your private message.

    Hi Maria, I'm sorry for using an old post of mine but the same problem is back again. Again I get the fllowing message when trying to log in to download the latest Flash Player version.

    Your license for Adobe Flash Player distribution expired on 2016-11-23.

    Is this a know problem at this moment?

    Hi Guillaume,


    As stated previously, please ensure you are logging into the Distribution page using the Adobe ID/email address you requested the distribution license with.  The Adobe ID/email address you used to request the distribution license is not the same Adobe ID/email address you are using to log into the forums.  I'll send you a private message with the information.
