Can't see anything except a black screen when trying Street View in Google Maps when using Internet Explorer, only works using Google Chrome

Thanks for trying, but the screen I went to had a blank area where I should try to click for the version.

Even opened Google Chrome to disable Hardware Acceleration, but would this only apply to that browser?  How can I get to an image in Internet Explorer that will show the box where I can untick it?

Does it work better if you disable Hardware Acceleration?
