can't see the Hotstar app videos

Question

I have both NPAPI and PPAPI 25.0.0127 versions of flash player. My pc is Windows 10 and browser versions is Edge ActiveX. I follow troubleshooting steps for enable flash player in internet explorer but videos of Hotstar app are not playing and still demanding install or update flash plugins.

NPAPI is for Firefox and Safari. PPAPI is for Chrome, Opera, and Chromium-based browsers. If you're using IE/Edge there is no reason to have the NPAPI & PPAPI plugins installed as they don't work on IE/Edge. Are you using Edge browser or IE browser? For IE browser, in addition to enabling Flash Player in the browser, please ensure ActiveX Filtering is disabled (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17469/windows-internet-explorer-use-activex-controls​). If that still doesn't work, please provide a direct link to Flash content that exhibits the behaviour you're experiencing.
