Can;t successfully load Flash on OS X

Question

I am trying to install Adobe Flash on OSX 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). All was working fine until harddrive crash. I rebuilt everything successfully but can't load Youtube movies. I uninstalled Flash successfully but when installing it the progress bar gets half way, then I get an error message. I have tried many times. Same thing. Any suggestions.

Please provide the following information:

Text of the error message you are getting. Screenshots are always helpful (see How do I attach a screenshot?)
What is the name of the installer file you are using?
installation log files - please read through the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide the installation log files listed for the same installation attempt - you'll need to run the installer again to get the logs for the same installation attempt.
- After obtaining the log files, upload them to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
