The Flash Player included in Internet Explorer on WIndows 8 and higher is a built-in component of the browser.  There is no separate product to install or uninstall.  To get the latest Flash Player, just run Windows Update.

What's probably happening is that you're getting prompted by a website to update to the latest Flash Player.  Internet Explorer 11 introduces significant changes to how that browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript that had traditionally be used to detect whether or not a website was running in Internet Explorer.  This has caused a lot of websites to no longer work as expected, and they will need to update to support newer versions of IE.

In the meantime, you can either use an alternate browser like Google Chrome, or add the website to Compatibility View in Internet Explorer: Fix site display problems with Compatibility View - Windows Help

But Flash player 11 is older and has a separate installation program not in Windows update

I may have a conflict with flayer that I have recently installed

    I have internet explorer 10 not 11

    Compatibility mode doesn't help

In fact the problem I have is the following  :

    I have Windows 8
    and ie10 and Google chrome

    On both players,
when I start i video, it works but after 10-30 seconds, the video continues to play but I loose the access to the pause button or full screen button

If I make a right clic on the mouse i don't have the flash player menu but the IE10 menu

it's as if the video is not any more recognized as a flash video

What is strange is that the video continues to play correctly but I can't put it in pause or full screen

It was working well for month but since yesterday I have the problem

So I want to uninstall flash^player 11 and 15 and reinstall
