Can't Update Flash Player

Clicking on the Install" button on the Flash Player download page leads to the Adobe main page. Circular process, endless loop.

Mac OS 10.9.2, Safari Version 7.0.1 (9537.73.11), Flash Plaer installed.

Inspiring

Safari and IE are both doing this. Don't know why but it started with the FP 12 update.

And WHERE did you get 10.9.2?

I can't even find it in the App Store.
