Can't upload photos - says I need Flash

I am trying to upload photos to my normal website.  But, nothing but problems since I updated to 10.  Now, the website I always use says I need to install Adobe Flash.  However, I already have Adobe Flash on my system and as far as I can tell, it is working fine.  Why wouldn't a website (Walgreens) be able to communicate with my computer regarding Flash??

    What did you upgrade to 10? Is this a question about Adobe Flash Player or is there another Adobe product you are looking for help with?

    I updated desktop to Windows 10 and have had issues ever since.
