Flash Player ActiveX Control is for IE.  According to the K-Meleon website, K-Meleon is based on Firefox, so the ActiveX Control will not work.  If you've installed the NPAPI plugin, as per my previous comment, and it's still not working in K-Meleon, you need to contact the developers of K-Meleon for assistance.

Please see the list of supported browsers, here:

Tech specs | Adobe Flash Player

Our recommendation would be to use a supported browser.

I branched your post to a new discussion topic

k-meleon is not an officially supported browser.  Based on their documentation, they use the gecko engine developed by Mozilla.  I downloaded and installed the NPAPI plugin (for Firefox) and was able to view Flash content.

Please ensure you have installed the correct plug-in:

    1. Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversion
    2. In step 1, select your OS version
    3. In step 2, select FP 27 for Firefox - NPAPI
    4. Click 'Download Now' to download the installer
    5. Locate the downloaded installer on your system and double-click to launch
    6. Follow onscreen prompts to install Flash Player
